Planning Phase

  • Choose a Homesite
  • Discuss Preliminary Budget, Schedule, Financing & Process
  • Execute Purchase Agreement

Design Phase

  • Select a Floor Plan from Our Curated Library (Architectural Design for Full Custom)
  • Plan Review / Mods
  • Meet with Accredited Interior Designer.
  • Make Design Selections (Structured Wiring, Lighting, Plumbing, Flooring, Fixtures, Finishes, Cabinetry, Counters, Trim, Landscaping, Pool, Outdoor Patio, etc.)

Pre-Construction

  • Final Pre-Permit Review Plan
