Jael-Hashanah B. Wembalonge

Jael commonly known as "El Jefa" is the president of JW Imperial Holdings. and is responsible for all the designs, construction projects and business operations at JW Imperial Build Co. Jael started her real estate journey by rehabing distressed SFR properties before transitioning into new construction projects. Jael uses her experience as a rehabber, to bring high level of construction knowledge to each home she builds.

After obtaining both her real esate and general contractor licenses in 2021, she started to invest in Short and Long term rentals, where she also manages properties for absentee owners. Jael works as Senior Robotics & Electrical Engineer, and she got both her Master in Computer Science and MBA from Suffolk University Boston. Jael has lived in Massachusetts since 2013 and recently obtained her Mortgage Loan Originator Officer License
